Our 4 days tour is ideal if you have limited time or a long weekend break and want to get a flavour of Kosova. You can learn about the history and culture and discover beauty of the country, with tours of the capital Prishtina and Prizren – the main cities of Kosova, as well as places in between.
Arrive in Prishtina and check into hotel
Visit the city’s cultural and historic sights, centred in the old town – the Old Prishtina.
Visit the historic mosques, museum and bazar of Prishtina
Learn about the Kosova’s history through Prishtina’s Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian architecture as well as the landmarks of past wars- World War I, World War 2 and the scars of the 1998 – 99 war
Enjoy lunch and dinner at Prishtina’s famous restaurants, where the local food is natural, organic and delicious
Return to hotel and overnight in Prishtina
After breakfast, depart from the hotel to the outskirts of Prishtina city:
Visit Germia to see the source of natural Prishtina, set within beautiful nature reserve and enjoy a horse and carriage ride down a scenic tree – lined nature area
Visit the Lake of Badovc at outskirts of Prishtina and Gollak country side
Take a fine barqueque lunch in the fresh air of the surrounding hills of Prishtina areas
Return to hotel and overnight in Prishtina
After breakfast we will departt from hotel heading south by road to the Prizren city:
Journey through a beautiful green and mountainous countryside and through the famous Ibrahim Rugova highway, passing from Prishtina to Prizren
Take opportunity to buy local produce such as honey, cheese and blueberries along the route
Visit the ancient town of Prizren on the Prizren River,
Visit Prevalla with its beautiful mountainous and famous landscape – the freshest air of the mountain
Visit the 400 year old Mosque located by the stunning source of the Prizren river
Visit to the historic place of Lidhja e Prizrenit – a Kosovan heritage site with artist colony and great architecture
Lunch and dinner will be at one of the many exquisite riverside restaurants located along the route where we will enjoy grilled meats or fish
Return to Prishtina, overnight in Prishtina
After Breakfast, free time in Prishtina
Strolling around Prishtina, enjoy coffee in Korzo
sightseeing, taking photos, shopping, buying souvenirs etc
